Salary/payment/job security. They can fire you any time with help of loophole in agreement without any compensation.they won't do increments until and unless you get an offer from other company.you have to be available all 7 days for support and other stuff

Management is worst. No particular date for salary. Don't expect growth here.

Dislikes

Company has fired 51 employees without any reason that too in covid situation. Company still now didn't paid 2 months salary which we've worked. CEO not responding to calls. Hr blocked our numbers. Please think infinite times before joining this company.

Travelyaari is the best place to work that I found in my whole career. You have good opportunities to explore skills. You can improve your skill sets. All colleagues are very helpful in nature. And no one is going to pin point u regarding anything.

Only cons is work life balance. They may ask you work till late night and sometimes it is crazy. But it is not with everyone, depends on the project requirements.

Sometimes you get learning opportunity depending on the team. Stable business model. Good if you like scheduled timed work.

Run by a single person. No company growth in terms of business. Good for freshers. No engineering culture at all. Suitable for people coming from service / small company, freshers.
