HR POLICIES ARE THE WORST THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU JOIN THE TRAVEL TRIANGLE. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FOOL REGARDING SALARY WHEN YOU WILL LEAVE THE COMPANY THEY WILL DECDUCT YOUR SALARY( FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT )= ZERO

Overall Travel Triangle is a good company the only drawback is - salary is very low in comparison to other companies within the same field and I have worked almost 3.5 years and first promotion I have got within in a 8 months but after that nothing .... Yes COVID is also the reason ....

Dislikes

Some people who having a good tenure and position sometimes they treat you like a slave.... I know it's seems a surprising comment but that's true ..... That's the only reason I have left this organization.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Its a nice company with great working environment . All are so helping and we get good compensation for our work as well . All team get quarter budget . Good learning experience for starters.
