I like my role here as a hr executive. Working into the core hrbp function is liked by me the most. The work life balance is Fantastic, we get 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday.work culture is good, the seniors are too helpful and the colleagues are cooperative.

Salary is less as compared to the par average salary, for every position, as compared with other companies near airport area or outside airport also

I request to everyone that please beware from this retail company because there is fraud managers because they will cut your salary by doing frauds with CSA employees and when you will raise voice against them then they will make any dangerous criminal planning i can mention some name of these managers like Md jaffarudin, gaurav kakkad and these are working at IGI airport t3 'relay' chocolate store. Please Beware from this company and never work with these peoples and this company.

This is a chocolate store (k-hospitality) at Delhi airport and i experienced that it's a fraud company and there is nothing like to do like. Everything is pathetic and horrible in this company and if you will work there, you will definitely cry, avoid these type of any company.

Micromanagement, Bureaucratic, Favourism, differentiate between Manager and lower positions, Lack of respect towards lower positions employees, no growth, no appreciation, no life.

I was in Bangalore relay as csa... They make me to do loading wrk and other heavy wrks their r somany people who will take money frm the till and they will make us to pay frm our salary and make us a thief
