...management doesn’t address our issues, and there is no work life balance here. Salary is not up to the market standard, also your benefits will be cut down due unbelievable weired reason. Appraisal cycle was always delayed. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Hikes every year and also a good performance will get you better hikes. Good mentors to guide you. Lots to learn for a fresher. Has a pantry.

Bad work life balance. Leaves above 2 days requires special permission from higher ups and sometimes gets questioned on doing so. The amount of senior engineers are less as of now.

No work life balance. And the senior management have no respect to the work employees put in. You will always have to work in different technologies rather than sticking on to one which is your domain. No employee benefits provided even if employees are told to stay for late night works.
