New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...d platform to learn new technologies. Earlier, (before 2019) team was very good. Since start of 2019, we were not receving salary on time and after sometime it took more months to provide a salary. Still, i havent received pending salary for the year 2020.

Dislikes

They are not transparent. They just lie to you every single time when we ask what is going on and when our salary will be provided. HR team never proved to be helpfull and finance team never been responsive to our claims / financial related emails. In fact, u must be lucky guy to get response from finance team.

There is no work life balance and policies. Dont come and dont be suck

There is no power to HR and management play like anything. you have to adjust, they will make you like this.. there is no policies, based on the situation management will act. they will not consider about employee things and they will any value the money
