Likes

Company have lot of financial strength to deploy any type of machinery which was required at site. Chairman of company trusts the highest management without any negotiation. Every middle management level employ had the freedom to share their ideas for execution. Highly qualified and Experienced people makes the execution plans and also they involve with middle and lower management people to make them understand the execution plans.This is the great thing that i experienced and learnt in this company.
