There is a lot of politics and the management not regained. Who should play the politics that person got high appraisal on every year.

...embers. Co-operate with each others. All needful Training and seminars provide. As per work salary is not satisfied. But provide travelling facilities and allowance. Good and safe work place and environment.

Only I observed that there is lots of work pressure and sometimes we didn't get holiday. Otherwise it ok.

The good opportunity to learn on the job from managers and experienced seniors.

1) Salary is not on time! Appraisals delayed! 2) Do Not get Appointment Letter, Probation Confirmation etc for months 3) No praise for people hardworking or intelligent people. Only those from some reference gets all opportunities. 4) If you want growth you should be from KEC or some big shot's referral. 5) No clarity on what to do and about future plans of company. The Recruitment team only talks about big things in interview but no promuse fullfilled.
