Good Company to learn new things. Depends on the person how much you can learn.They don't need employee they need Superman. Don't expect much salary growth no fix working hours employee scheme is terrible but still good company to start your career

Noting much to like it, yes its big organisation but purely Indian typical company

Quite poor hierarchy level placed in GBD, company policy is very poor on terms or Home intake on salary and seniority status Strict working hours 7 days working, where as in shipping always 5 days working implanted in industry, policy not aligned as per current shipping trend
