...ield people are lier and they are use me as a front face to lie that person.(ex. If any ones payment are pending then they not pay to that person in time they delay the payment and lie to that person)

Good work environment and culture.company policies are good, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Transport companies always wanted local candidates to stay here as long.local or outside candidates doesn't matter company never fired any one candidate. Work culture is good the field staff has their shifting hrs duty. And office Time is 10a.m to 7 p.m. The Proprietor is good attitude and gentle.Work maintain by every employee to do their best work. And sometimes treated us as an employee. Management department is not enough than firtst two. The manager handling him self maximum field side,office department maintain also,given some information to us ,office employees are maintained everything.

Dislikes

Working Nature is good. But doing maximum time, maximum work but no increament available here yearly. I worked here 2 years but increament. also not for work extra time. That's why I wanted better place to do so. make comfortable myself another place.

As I am working in the back end in transport sector job, I learn about a new software like speed. I learn about CN CHALLAN accounts related to cash and bank book and also the bank reconciliation

Dislikes

As there is no job training for the fresher, senior guide only after face some problems.
