The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Working with Transpole gave oppurtunity to develop effective working relationships with peoject clients that leads to increase in sales, My manager was cooperative but management was not up to as supportive in various factors in cracking buss. deals. As we were 3 people in project division with my director ,manager and me as working team for projects. Unfortunately now the company is completely shutdown.

Nothing about Transpole i disliked in every cooporate company employee have to adjust according to policies, and i take positive out of it i learned a lot while working in transpole aa how to develop relationships,how to maintain pipelines for new opportunities.
