Management-level peoples are showing their benefits only. And here, no one cares about an actual talented person. They didn't give an appraisal to an actual hard-working person. Many politicians are there in company. The company is very old but due to many reasons at this time, it is not growing like other companies. No new developments are there; only old chains are going.

I would like to share my work experience in this company, first of all, the fabulous work environment and culture. And secondly, from safety and security points of view, I'm extremely impressed.

Honestly, there was not any dislike in the company until today.

I'm really interested to be a part of Transpek Industry Ltd all the time. Working culture and work life balance will be so excellent and i wish if i get an opportunity to work there, I'm so grateful for it and accept the offer.

Dislikes

Work timing is for a longer period. It should be started little more earlier and wind up at the end of the day.
