Crass politics in mid and senior level management Employees keep pulling down each other instead of working as a team Older team members (by age) frown upon younger, well paid employees and feel threatened by their work efficiency

They don't know the meaning of Work-life balance. Sometimes people work for more than 10-11 hours. They don't even spare employees on Saturdays and holidays.
