3. The management is too struck in old era, thereby its heavily centralized and power is vested with 2 key individuals who take all the decisions leaving no space for any one. The directors are relatively reasonable and moderate, but they are heavily manipulated by two senior officials who limit the access to directors. This has resulted losing of many good talents.
4. Too much egoistic attitude prevails with these 2 senior management officials, thereby hardly any change can be brought it. One of them is too old for a change and still thinks work culture in 1970s fashion, to be precise more of Emergency era concept.
5. Working hours is least flexible and too old fashioned. The management is still in pre-covid era where they associate longer working hours = higher productivity when the modern world has changed to lesser working hours with higher efficiency. Its least employee friendly. No work from home, no flexible working and insistence to work beyond working hours.
