People enjoy their work towards their target irrespective of work load or any other difficulties around them. I like this company because all the seniors are very helping and have very kind behaviour.

As usual like other company, and like other employees I also dislike work load if I face. Till the time, I don't have any such difficulty if any my helpers remains with me. And guide me.

Right From beginning I was been involved in mission critical assignments whather it was sales or operation and delivered my 100 % to achieve the Goal , Same we got rewarded and promoted as well , we here in Transline work as team and famlily.

pathetic work culture ,zero job security without any notice they can ask you anytime to serve papers tht too after your confirmation,very difficult to get a single leave that too in a month even In any dire emergency, zero job security , jealous male staff , hr is nimbophanic after females
