Working sites are all in the govt. Setup. So, that is a very good oppertunity to work in low resource with all type of population for the clinical trials.

No job security, work on project to project basis.

Everything in terms of politics. I was working as a computer programmer (GP- Permanent) in THSTI. I was pressurized by my manager. I was doing the same as he was guiding me to do during my service. I was mentally harassed by manager as well as the Head (Administration). They didn't provided me enough time to understand the complete project. Even the manager, who had been given the task to guide me was not evenly guiding me. No one understood my situation at that time. If anyone who is a fresher and want to join as a computer programmer in THSTI then I strongly recommend to not go for it. I'd undergone into depression after I got stucked into a situation where I was only having a last option to resign and leave.

You can learn a lot their if you want to pursue phd. Lab technician and other lab members are really helpful

There is nothing I disliked about interning at THSTI, all people with whom I worked were really cooperative.

THSTI is very good place for research scholar and have good infrastructure. this place also have good established lab and fund and also working environment

there is no permanent job and mostly work on project basis.

For a research associate, its a great place to work as he/she can get an exposure to different aspects of research in science and technology. The different working department of THSTI has a nice tie up.

Dislikes

Administration part is poor, need lot of follow-ups and pushing to get the work done. Had a terrifying experience with the finance department.
