...views from ex employee of transjet cargo. Cases are already registered in court. If you guys came late for 5 mins they are going to debit the half day salary. Specially the owner of the company worst person. KINDLY DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR DATA WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE GOING TO STELL YOUR CUSTOMER. BE AWARE AND BE CAREFULL

There is nothing to like about Transjet Cargo management being mean towards their employees; even if they don't know how to deal with them, they just put efforts into showing off to do fun Friday activities every month. Such a horrible place to do work.

Everything disliked in the company, from HR to supervisors to management to everyone in the company, is a culprit. They hire you once you reach the office, then they show their real face and require you to sign off on an indemnity bond and submit security checks to not leave the job without prior notice. There are two big rats in the company, Harvey and Jerry, even though they are not from a logistics background. However, they are in management, and we don't know for what reason. These guys put you in PIP, and even though they don't know how the circumstances and criteria work in PIP, they just ruined your self-esteem and the morale of your work and kicked you off the company without any proper reason. There are big issues with this company; they even didn't give you DAT access, which is the biggest blunder with the employee. Another one is that they will not support you if you have a quote for 1 pallet, an LTL shipment, or any FTL shipment; they won't support you to win the bid from the client. They have a $1500 threshold, and even if you don't meet this, they will reduce it to $1000 without any reason, and even if it is not met, they will kick you off the company without any discussion. These guys don't confirm your probation period, which is the biggest misleading criteria in the company towards their employees. There are a lot of lickers in the company who are sucking the feet of Jerry and Harwey, even if they do not meet the targets, but they still survive in the company. This is my worst decision to join Transjet Cargo. The worst place to work.

Nothing...horrible place to work...dirty politics and partiality is major part here..no job security at All..they can fire any time without giving any prior notice period and satisfactory reason..I would not recommend this company to any job seeker .
