First why we working for it's money transguard provide salary time to time . In management Pakistani managers and supervisor not helping who is skilled to promote they just promote there own country people even they dose not know meaning about skilled. Thanks

no promotions at all,,,..... I am working here from 2017 and still a security guard when I ask Ahsan coordinator to nomine my name for Cctv he gave me some redicules excuses and make his brother Nasir supervisor without any hesitation.... see the situation of tg my Air ticke TG didn't give me more then a one ticket in 6 years can you imagine,, it's happened with me..

I like many of things like you get the experience in different diffrent locations and you will get knowledge about how to work with different kinds of people and most likely thing we are staying together in camp like aa joint family that is good.

I dislike that they are not increasing the salary even after spending 3 year they should have to improve according to experince and qualifiaction

Accomodations restrictions. Sometimes they call in day off if we denied they threat to dismis No promotions because they are supply company Any time they can say resign because we don't have work Have skill development from own work nothing is provided from company that's from client No work satisfaction Company have all the rules in their own favor

Safety of Camp security rules. On time pay salary. Providing on time Uniform. Cleaning department working nice.

I dislike there is no permanent day off scheduled. HR office visiting system. Accomodation room living policy terms and conditions. Department managment are not well active.
