Worst company to work with, they cut almost percent from other company who pay for us, Only 700 salary and no benifits and 12 to 15 hours duty, no holiday

...ow, not professional in terms of communication, ignorant to candidate followups. Salary is nothing as compared to the daily tasks performed. Most of the departments have no coordination, not trained to handle tasks.

Company management isn't good. That's why I recommend to everyone not joined the transguard.

Management - not payed my gratitude... If not going to pay than why they accepted my regained latter from home country. This is not good..

A very friendly work culture with very cooperative management. What a worker wants from his company just a negotiable salary on time and vacation. And transguard is on the top.

The only thing i realised in 4 years that the career growth. I was trying for job change from the starting of my career with transguard.

Salary is 101% prompt and a great company.

...uity benefits and flight ticket after resignation, leave surrender facility etc. Also the company has given strict memo to leading banks not to give personal loans for the staffs who get salary below AED 5000, while the same bank is giving loans for employees with 3000 AED and more from other companies.
