The team building and work culture is fantastic. You are encouraged to think for yourselves and provide solutions. Mostly a very young and dynamic team. Working hours are such that you have the time to spend with family and the bosses do not annoy you with calls and work on the weekend.

Fresher's will get to learn a lot from here about recruitment. It is a consultancy so you will get good IT/Non-IT clients to work for.

There are tons of reasons to dislike this company :- - The salary provided here is extremely less as compared to the amount of work you are made to do and as per the market standards. - They would commit to give you X amount of salary during the interview but will reduce it once you join and revise the offer letter. - The manager here Ms. Rahila Shaikh is highly baised towards her favourite employees. She would give her favourite employees treat infront of her other non favourite employees. This kind of biased and selfish behaviour doesn't suit to a manager. - The management is not at all open to suggestions of their employees. They think the employees are at fault and not their system. - After several requests and beg they would agree to give relieving letter to their ex employees. Infact, the company has now come up with the new method to not give relieving letter i.e. if a fresher joins and leaves the company before 2 years, they won't provide any relieving letter and all this is done just verbally none of it has been documented. - If you give the manager's name for professional reference she will make sure that you won't get the new job. - During the appraisal doesn't matter how much efforts you have put, you will get the appraisal only if you are in the good books of the manager and the management.

Nothing about this company is trustable. You will have to use public washrooms and not the office washrooms as it's only for directors/Owners who hardly come to office. 80% of office staff are females and they have to use public washrooms.

I feel the lack of revenue generating capabilities when i started working i was full energy and after a month felt a negative impact on more into process rather than revenue. Some people need to be fired if was the entrepreneur. Feedback process with the client poor. Hype is more than revenue. Mr Alan sir needs to intervene a lot into the company on minor things in order to save this company as he is the one i feel have a very promising future and very good leader. I hope Alan sir wakes up now and save this.
