Promotion is on basis of favoritism rather than merit or hard work 3. The Product team fosters a toxic environment where they don't care about your opinion, unsurprising that team members leave within 3 months, unless they actively strive to appease the team head. Lastly Mr. RS, Ms. SA & Mr. SS get a life

Nothing, Expect extremely long working hours with little to no recognition for your efforts. Despite any title you hold, you’ll essentially be a "fake lead," as decisions are heavily influenced by those favored by the CEO. If you’re considering joining, understand that you’ll be on your own, and your manager won’t have the power to support you.

Dislikes

Everything, The VP Eng. holds much amount of power and often meddles in areas like QA and Product, even though from the Eng team. The troubling part is that when things go wrong, blame is shifted to the QA team to protect own. Several people have faced this.
