A great working atmosphere filled with fun . work never feels like work . we enjoy coming to office and sometimes even we come to office on holidays so much is the pull . a set of hard working people , closely knit with each other and a visionary director who strives for the betterment of employee and takes interest in their personal growth . A man who doesnt behave like a cliched director like it is seen in many offices . Nandita mam and her work principles inspire most of the people . from outside it might look like a normal office but you have to work here to understand what it feels like working here . 50% women at work place and perfect blend of youth + experience .

I made the right decision by joining at Transcon Solution. So far, I've had a wonderful experience working here. With Transcon, there are endless opportunities to explore and grow in the career. I am surprised to see the level of care and empathy that Transcon shows towards its employees and it is truly unmatched. Training processes are super great. Management team never fails to invest in the future of the employees and help them in their professional path.

The effort that the Management takes in the course of journey of an Employee whether in any segment - sales , technical , administration etc . Transcon is a very rewarding company and the Linkedin Profile of Transcon gives out all the required data . Apart from yearly recognition , every small achievement is celebrated here . Directors & Associate Directors themselves were employees at one given point in time in respected MNC s so this is more of a EMPLOYEE's WORKPLACE . I am very happy working here . Management maintains complete transparency even on the Company's financials every quarter .

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike is that the Directors are sometimes too much lenient towards employees who act like pests inside the organization . Too much of time is provided to these people , too much of guidance is provided to non performers which is not a good thing . leniency is good but here people misuse it to the hilt . Rest everything is good as on date .
