This was one the worst and unprofessional company i have worked with ! They don't care about your career ! Mr. Mani who claims to be incharge of this company is a fake and liar unprofessional person ! HR is a useless department in this company. if anyone is looking for a growth in career this company is not you will opt for. Seniors of this company who are sitting in top post all are basically non technical and they are looting companies money! Please do not joint such a low grade company and spoil your career ! HR only shows up during interview and for reducing your CTC. After joining in future if you have any argument with seniors for work related stuff they will gang up on you and remove you with false allegations. I was the victim in this company. They hardly have projects ! Any good engineer wouldn't stay in this company. All old staff have already left. It's a big NO from my side to join this company. Very unprofessional!

It's a project oriented work. If you bring project to the company,then only you can survive that too PEB division. It's a mainly civil company.

Dislikes

If we bring project ,then only we can survive else we have to search for a job.
