It was my worst experience in the company.. they used to deduct money also not pay for extra work time.. unnecessary create choas for for no reasons.. operation manager is the worst person put there(Karthik)

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t our issues. Salary is terrible and even career growth is slow. I Have never seen such a less salary in any other BPO in Bangalore.

... salary to the workers only15% of the salary is paid to the workers out of 100%.Worst and less salary in this company,,,,,,no encouragement for the hard work,,pay less salary and take more work,,,,,,no travel allowance,,,,work environmet is very bad,,,,work life balance is zero because of less salary,,,rules and regulations like schools.....phone is not allowed,,,if any emergency also we should contact at the break oly,,,,overall transact global is the cheater company.....
