The only beneficial thing about working here is their on-the-job training which they provide every new employee. Training is the only 1 plus point.

Dislikes

1. I have never received my salary on time. Every month management makes announcement that client has not made payment so the salary will be delayed. I generally receive by 15th. 2. Female staff have to maintain a log on what time she went to the Toilet. We have to input whether we visited Indian Toilet or Western Toilet, entry time and exit time. This log book will be used during our appraisals. 3. Service Delivery Managers will ensure to give us work when we are ready to leave home and thus ensure to make us sit late (especially for female staff) 4. Management will find all wrong reasons to deduct salary. I have never received full salary in all these 2.5 years I have been working here. 5. Work-life balance is not at all there. The management keeps a track on how we spent our weekend and with whom we spent. 6. We should fall hungry only when our Floor manager is hungry. 7. Management has given only 50% salary for March 2020 even though I worked for whole month. 8. I have not been getting salary since June 2020. No information whether I am still employed as management has never called me to resume work. It is work-from-home but without salary. Overall, I am not at all satisfied working here. I would call it a terrible place to work especially for female staff.
