Company products are very good but culture environment management is not good...

Salary not on time ..food is very very very bad... Tea also very bad .wash room are like rood side government wash room.

Very bad time I faced of working in trans auto, they did'n given us the salary in the lockdown period nothing they did for us. Atlast we leave the company and return back to our homes.

Behavior of the manager and faculty is very bad with the people who is from outside Maharashtra they treat us like servants, they would not appreciate your talent or degree there, they need only work from us. If you have done btech engineering you have to work as a labour there.

...ike to inform you about team colleagues are very good,but work culture not good.Salary issue,politics,etc.company can not organize innovative ideas.work life not good.so I am not happy to join this company. I have total 8 years experience ,but salary is very low,cant increased after probation. So I can't stay here ,if company think about I will stay here at any cost.

Trans Auto International company is very good,but management is very worst level.no safety here.

This company is good for learning because it has Forging, CNC TURNING , SHAPING, HOBBING, SHAVING, HEAT TREATMENT & GRINDING, all operations are done in this plant.

No carrier growth, No job security, No increments in salary, No promotion, Behaviour of employees are too poor,

My overall experience is good while working in Trans Auto. Working culture is good there. I have experience cooperative nature while working because of the helping staff of the company.

Dislikes

Career growth is not very good. Salary increment is also not satisfactory. But Job security is good as compare to other companies.
