Worked for approx 5 years and learned a lot of things,all management behaviour was fabulous and worked like us, I never felt that i worked under them although i worked with them, tey taught me a lot, i wish employees & company will get what it deserves👍👍

No negative points except salary structure

working culture , Motivation for good employee, appreciation award for skilled people, timely increment, incentive for target achieved people, interact with MD any time incase of emergency.

Nothing is there to be liked, everybody will try make them look good infront of the boss, by making you look fool. Company culture is not at par the industry standards.

Management is not so much supportive always try to get work done with exisiting team you have. Lacking of support from Team Leader. Because the company is Jointly running with some share Holders and all is having there sitting in Factory excluding MD who is having Major Stake of Company.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love the factthat Iam a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a globalclient base. As aresult, l got a B1 visa quickly Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee rehire policy here
