It started out with the founders promising many appraisals to the employees who were putting in the work. Would have been the one good thing if those promises were actually fulfilled. But since they weren't, there was not a single thing that was good about the company.

...k culture, bad timings. But most importantly, the founders are just bad people. They don't pay the salaries on time and inform us on the very day that the salary was supposed to be paid that it will be delayed. And when the employees say that it would have been better if they had informed prior, the founder has the audacity to say in an extremely ridiculing tone that he can loan the money if it is that urgent in front of the entire company group. He doesn't understand that people don't need his pity loans, they just want to be paid on time or at least be informed prior about any delays. The founders are never even apologetic about not paying their employees on time (which should be their first responsibility), instead, they treat you as beggars when you ask them for your salary. Not only this, all they do is keep promising better salaries, but when it's time to meet those promises, it's always the same story: "Company is going through a hard time.. blah blah blah.. we promise we will pay you later" The founders are entitled and treat their employees as their servants. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good at writing fake good reviews.

Dislikes

Extremely terrible pay. On top of that, founders keep promising appraisals but can't even pay salaries on time. They are condescending and mistreat anyone who asks to be paid on time as if they are doing the employees a favour by paying them. Half the company is run by nepotism and people don't even know have any knowledge. Terrible place to be at, so toxic that I have put my papers without even finding a new job.

Nothing. The pay is bad. Work culture is bad.

Dislikes

The people writing reviews are all the employees. All good reviews are fake. The founders think they are motivational speakers on social media. It is WFH with no plus.
