The company acquire new technology and adopte easily. There is lots of thing to learn from this company and getting practical knowledge. Team mates also support to achieve task when we can't able to understand how to complete ?. Management also supporting to do some creative idea which ever is new in market. Tragen is a good company for learning but poor in culture basically it is a training centre Company management does not have experience to run non automotive business that is the reason company have not been grown while product has good margins upto 25-30%
