Every month they will deduct TDS from your salary and when you ask them Form 16 they say it is in process and they will never give, in case if you leave them then they will not even file your TDS and Apart from that forget about your FNF. They want an employee to serve the complete notice period but they don't want to release the FNF amount to anyone. I am following with them from past 7 months now and they are not responding to mails and phone calls. So finally i writing these review so that everyone is aware about their policy. actually they don't haver any policy.

...embering slides line by line. I have never seen any worst company than this. They’ll make u work for more than month and on the salary day they’ll ask u to leave with either no salary or if their heart melt they’ll give u 10-11 days salary. I would recommend u to do labor jobs but not to join this organization. Labors get more respect and wages on time but not people working over here.

Worst work culture, highly demotivating MD and manager, target based company and no salary for the month if target not achieved and you won't be able to achieve Onboarding target as they are just doing fraud business, they have no international importers on there platform.

...regarding salary which will not inform entire month when you join the company...just one day before the salary date they will tell you about the salary policies and not pay you a single penny after month
