I have enjoyed working here and everyone's behavior was good and the salary etc. as per the system, used to come on time. There was no problem. It was very good.

Yes, even though there was a problem here that there is no secretary for Job , even if someone complained about fraud, there was a risk in it, so there was a lot of tension about it.

CTO wants to know everything going on the floor. He wants to know everything, who is speaking with whom, He even have a list favourite and employees he hate. Listen to just to 2-3 people. From him if you are asking questions to manager. Then you are challenging his authority.

The seniors and some people are best at micro-management. They can promote someone else for your work done and at the same time during appraisal they will tell you to pack your bag with every possibility that you have performed extremely worst as per company’s guidelines and if you want to say something they will also tell you don’t portray yourself as a victim. Appreciation isn’t there, they will ask you to something extreme that will impress the seniors eventually what they mean is boot-licker. In terms of learning you will learn company politics, back-bithching and having laugh with the same person and they will also tell you to learn this skill this will help you in future
