Dislikes

1) Company run as a family business. 2) Other than Salary, 0 employee benefits. 3) I Will say, be jobless for 2-3 month extra to find better opportunity, But dont Take risk to join this company. 4) One off the lowest pay Company.

Since you're exposed with other departments while working on your projects, it becomes easier to understand and communicate with other developers and to stay on the same page. You can also provide useful suggestions to any department which helps during SDLC. Working days are working, but holidays can be enjoyed peacefully without any peer pressure.

Skill development and learning opportunities are unlimited. Co-operative and adjustive work culture. Quite accommodating and supportive of individual employees when the need arises. Exposure to solving real-life business problems. Opportunities to lead projects/tasks even as junior employees.

The work culture is very positive . All employees here are very smart and supportive it is fun plus learning experience in Tradexa . It is a very good opportunity to do Internship in Tradexa Technologies.
