In EC, working culture is very good but in NC totally opposite - horrible, salary deduction from employee

No internal growth policy from HR, Very poor HR and management policy. Change their policy every month, no mediclaim facility for employee and no IGP - High level management having very poor management skills and they work very old traditional way.

Politics is very high,No support from management,work environment is very bad.If you have no option in market then you can try in this company for short period.Job is not secure.Worst HR policy.

Less Salary HR department thinks that they are owner of the company No Work-Life Balance Appraisals are very very late and very very less according to market Working Environment is very very negative No Skill Development High Hierarchy No Cafeteria There is not a single facility for employees Some facilities, For Formality, are there but chargeable. Not employee centric Even tea, coffee, and other beverages are chargeable Cannot use wifi Useless Company

Work culture, Politics in office, HR Department rude behaviour, No respect for employees, Less salary, Work pressure, No appraisal on time, Managers never takes feedback from us instead they take decisions and make employees follow them, Higher management has a very bad behaviour for employees.

Too less salary as per caliber and experience and their are no extra but important facilities like cab, lunch, work from home, etc.
