1. Only work in Excel sheets. Only data entry works. Please don't waste your time here. 2. You will easily get promotions here from executives to Direct Manager - Operations only with data entry knowledge. That too with 20k-25k salary. Same with manager to Direct Senior manager( 30k-35k) and AVP ops (35k- 45k). Just imagine if you apply outside with AVP ops/ Manager ops with this data entry experience. It's a trap. 3. Top management only focused on earning money. They are not even 1% serious regarding skill improvement of employees. They have rolled out some policies but only for show off. 4. Before IPO, they launched many employees centric polices to take care of employees. After IPO, they started laying off many of their old employees which were with company from starting. 5. Those who has to only do a job and no intention of career growth, then only continue in this company( Data operations department).

Dislikes

(1) It is like a support work, every work is done on Google Spreadsheets. We need to conduct research on various company's websites and tag it to relevant sectors. (2) When an employee tags a company to incorrect sectors, managers behave like the entire platform was crashed or there was crisis in the organization. Although those incorrect sectors can be modified instantly. But they want 100% work with zero errors, which I believe is not possible anywhere. (3) In my opinion, there is no requirement of graduation or post graduation for this role. By providing enough training, even 10th class students can do this type of work. (4) The work is very monotonous and it requires strict 8 hours continuous work. Some employees are required to work on rotational shifts. (5) Note: The company posts job openings and shows job titles such as Secondary Research / Market Research Analyst / Researcher. These job titles may be different but the work is same for all designations.

Salary(low) is on time and nothing much good about the company

The work culture at Tracxn is very bad. They treat their employees like machines. The AVP of the company have no knowledge of work they just sit and check the log in and log out time of other junior employees. No career growth as the market Research work is like data entry work and nothing. This company is a trap for dead end career. No skill development no tools and no upgradation in work.

...s people very often. 5.Even after hiring, they look for cheaper replacements. 6.Salaries are lower than what other companies pay. 7.Office hours are strict (9 am - 6 pm) and being late is not tolerated.

Imagine your client related to company executives as "BANIYA", yes it happened 🤣. Imagine the the transparent one on one with with the founder is not one on one. Believe your subordinates and the company knows your next action before you do. Plus a public company which actually doesn't have a Mission or Vision statement literally and figuratively (calls and reviews).
