Salary bahut kam hai. 10 se 12 saal purane staff ki salary 15000 ke pass hai. Kiyuki filed staff Jada pada leekha nahi hota. Salary kam hone ke bad bhi.salary time se a jati hai ishliye trackon se joda hua hai.

Company is not showing interest for there employees

Last 2 years working for the firm they increased my salary of amount 695rs and my basic salary is 7000. I used to work 14 to 15 hours a day but still not providing me overtime payment. They also ask me to vist the work place on Sundays. Recently in Diwali holidays they asked me to work as overtime and also decided to pay me additional as overtime but still no movement from the company. Very upset with the company's terms and conditions

software is easy to work good company no one know how to develop itin current scenario this is only one company that can give full services to people at low cost people here dont know how to use it properly if a good company uses it well.i can become a competitors for companies

workers dont have an iota of value only for the monthly salary and that salary comes later than the couriers here i dont want to say the important reason for the growth of a company is the worers they dont care about them here

Worst service have given by trackon courier service 19 days package have not been delivered And when we call at the hub abusefy language have used by employees ranchi hub Till date my package have not been delivered and no live status of it

...gement is transpareat. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
