If you don't want to rise in your carrier , it's good place to hold and enjoy life. If you become old employees ( more than 5 years) , you may have least bothering about work compare to any growth oriented companies

Dislikes

...eadership, worst Europian company. It's not even though not an European company. Some desi guys sitting over the top just doing the chindi chori and saving their bonus every year by cost cutting ( Hosat breakfast removed, Transportation service to employees removed, hiring cheaper Engineers from south India to increase their operating profit margin hence maintaing their profit share) but you can still join if you don't have any job.

...sm. No synchronization among GM, OM, EM & DHs. All are back stabbing each other. GM is only interested in making money by cutting employees salary and take hefty bonus yearly. Only believe in use & throw policy. Whatever salary / commitments promised to employees will bever be honored. Instead of giving raise will reduce salaries. If any employee work for even 2-3 years, instead of giving rise to that employee, will look for new employee at lesser salary and remove old employee Absolutely unprofessional and cheaters
