The company is owned by Asians it's one and only sisal bag and rope manufacturing company in Tanzania.The work culture environment and the tanzanians are excellent to work with. As a General Manager I had a lot of co-operations with the local bodies like immigration people,Labour department heath and safety department.Aso my colleagues were very co-operative I had I've expatriates from India reporting to me.I proved myself as was running the unit as a profit centre.

Dislikes

There is nothing like dislike except we feel annoyed when our request for annual leave gets deferred when we are eager to come to India to see friends and relatives
