Mr. Gupta is good and having in depth knowledge of their work. He is a bheeshma pitamah of trade measures. Since he started there was only him who handled almost all the trade investigation. But now he has given many other firms a chance to look at the opportunities arising out of this.

...ld be more prone towards providing financial aid to the staff working with them. Timely bonus, salary, and other benefits should be provided without asking to top management. The way expectations are from the staff for completion of work on time. The management also needs to fulfil expectations in a timely manner. In short in TPM you wil work more and pay less, but you will be treated like a family.

No work life balance. Your promotions and increments will be delayed without any notice. Proper lala company. No growth opportunity. The management is highly baised to a particular group of people.

I like the work area of providing consultancy in field of Trade Remedial Measures. We assist domestic industry suffering due to cheap and unfair imports into India to avail necessary protection under WTO agreements.

I am enjoying working with TPM. My job involves continuous learning.

The organisation is professional towards work and has been an industry leader for some time. It offers ample growth opportunities by providing required support. Opportunity to interact with senior industry people as well as officials allows personal growth. It also has good work culture and everyone works as one big team.

The organisation continuously evaluates its shortcomings and attempts to overcome them with support of all.

Great learning. It is totally different field of working in costing area that is in Trade Remedial Measures I.e. Antidumping laws supporting domestic industry for imposition of antidumping duties.
