TPH is just 5 mnts walking distance from my house. My job timing is flexible in TPH. Nirmallu I reach at office by 11. 30 or 12 p. m. & leave by 7. 30 or 8 p.m. but I compensate this by attending Sundays sometimes or working late nights.

Dislikes

Management doesn't provide support at crucial time.No timely increment after putting unique strength into the work.I hv to take back my suggestion.I do receive appreciation letters from IT. Dept, C. A.,but they al goes unnoticed. Also many Juniors left job as no timely appraisal.Although they always used to happy working under my guidance, but at d end,we should not give them only peanuts against their work.No on-job training for fresher's,hence senior folks like me hv to guide them stepbystep,which is painful every time.
