TPF is very nice consultant company But salary does not come on time, it comes in 2 to 3 months, when client makes payment then TPF company will give you salary, all other policies are good

Work Life balance is ok. Good for freshers only if you don't mind low pay.

Salary always and willingfully delayed by company always after 45 days you can expect salary. No learning from top management you have to work your own way up. No salary increment whenever there is appraisal management will say this work could be done by anyone you are not doing anything special. No benefit aside salary. Don't fall into trap if they promise that your salary will be increased after good performance.

No appreciation for your work, no appraisal, senior always take credit of your work, salary always delayed. Worst management ever.

The company is good because it does not interfere in the ongoing work. The only problem is with the middlemen.

TPF Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Salary is good but increment is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night which is a pain sometimes.
