1. New ideas are not easily acceptable- ideas should go through complete toyota way process (this was good till now and it will be good in future also, but) In this challenging situation we could have just taken some different routes

Likes

Teammates are very friendly, you get the best on the job training. Career growth is not very fast , it's like cooking in a low flame, Slow but effective. There is a lot opportunity for travel (domestic,mainly depending on the region which you will take care) & also overseas for training/seminars/conferences. Work life balance is very good. Learning is immense as there is so much to learn each and every day. But it depends on how you accommodate in the company. It is very disciplined and timings are fixed. So, there is no room for you to take the work home or there is no concept of work from home. Overall it's a good company to get comfortable with the work culture and environment. Also, food & transportation is taken care.

The growth & the salary hikes are not very good.

Salary: Some say there are no promotions or good salary increases, and that promotions are not based on performance. Work environment: Some say the work is boring and they feel stagnant. Management: Some say the company has insufficient management skills. Growth opportunities: Some say there are fewer growth opportunities at the company.
