Salary: Some say there are no promotions or good salary increases, and that promotions are not based on performance. Work environment: Some say the work is boring and they feel stagnant. No rest of in production time, and working time 8.30 hours, no perment job for ITI candidates, etc

some of staff very supportive and helpful, technicians also helpful. including manger very friendly and supportive.

physically and mentally you tired while doing this job, and salary is way less compared to workload.
