I woked at Toyota as a client location, if you got an opportunity in design field then don't join, work is fully like labour work so please don't join, one advantage is they will pay good salary compared to other companies . Respect is Only for employees U need to do the work what employees assign you irrespective of your Designation and Qualification.

...sst Manager, Team members are good supportive and oue management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and they give good salary hike and bonus every year...
