It's a good company , taught me so many things like, QCC presentation, team work, industry relevant attitude, good skill, more than that how to servive in the society, and given so many platforms for my skills , here we work with the team with high quality assurance.

Since it's a Automobile company, whenever production get downs they stop recruiting the new team members, and also growth is also very slow, here they work with team, so they do not value the individual strength. And also for promoting the team member to team leader is very rare.

The operation of each individual as a team member or as a group is well defined and job share is predefined. Which makes us concentrate on the tasks and responsibilities. Which in-turn benefits both the company and oneself is growing.

Good work culture.Respect is the best important thing in Toyota.They Even treat Contract employee to Sweeper also equal level.Responsibility and care for the employees are good.They even provide food for all the employees freely..

Hi Iam Devaraju k , fantastic company and good culture, lot of memories in that company, I like that company and company management system , and safety pricaction is good and iam really miss a lot of memories and friends, and food system is very good ....... Totally Toyota company is super.

Job security is not there, only 6 months working chance giving for me really this one is don't like , plz give me the permanent job plz ....
