There is no work-life balance as you are expected to work 12+ hours a day for very measly pay. There is no learning involved, and company culture can also be very toxic sometimes. No growth.

It's a growing organisation with a diverse and inclusive environment. Hence the growth of employees goes hand-in-hand. Hybrid work policy is a big positive. Opportunity to work closely with the founders is really helpful in understanding different aspects of business and career. Every 3 months there is an off-site where all team have a day and night full of games, activities pool party and dance.

Dislikes

Only 10 annual leaves and no perks like health insurance. Office days are mandatory. Work from home not allowed on the office days.

high workload (which makes the shift of 12 hours), no off’s on festivals/national holidays, only 10 annual leaves, unfair compensation (the work profile is same but still employees get paid differently), micro management.

Our content team was great. Had a great boss! Loved actually working on the articles and edits. Also got to work on social media

Many people are working remotely. So did not get to meet full team often.
