Compensation, Increment policy is not so good, we can say that increment done on the basis of rich become more rich and poor become more poor, HR department is not so good.

Work culture, company policies and many more.. TOTO is Japanese brand they have more value for their staff and channel partner.. At the covid 19 time Japanese expact are have personal touch with staff and channel partner about their health and other issue

Dislikes

There is politics in every organisation, that is common. As wants increase the salary is also matter, but yes the percent of growth is slow, in both career growth and salary

...ciplined organisation. Growth prospects is very high for hard working candidate. Salary hike is no bar for deserving employees.

Company is well organised with very high growth prospects but only short coming is their is no "work from home option" in any circumstances for very short duration even.

TOTO INDIA HR is very poor(minus mark),They do their job only for formalities, PPT purpose. Interdepartmental team is good, but overall HR and Management is poor, Yes there is job Security 100%,but no entertainment. Also they talk about uniformity but not followed the same, In TOTO other o/seas factory there is 5 days working but TOTO India is 6 days working...Why..is this Indians are fools?? There is 7am to 7pm Job...We are not able to manage our personal life.

There is nothing for dislike in TOTO India. It is very fair employer. Excellent company.
