Disappointing Payment Experience with Total Solution Group I recently completed several audits for Total Solution Group spanning 2023 and 2024, including audits for renowned brands like Renault and American Express. However, my experience with Total Solution Group regarding payment has been highly disappointing. Despite my diligent efforts and commitment to the audits, I received only a fraction of the agreed-upon payment, a mere 950 INR. Furthermore, when I raised concerns about the discrepancy and attempted to retrieve the missing payment, I was met with utter silence and disregard from the company. Even after multiple follow-up emails and assurances from their representative Naushad Ali, the issue remains unresolved. Despite claims that the payment has been credited, there is no evidence of such a transaction in my bank statement. This lack of transparency and accountability from Total Solution Group is unacceptable. I have provided them with my bank account details multiple times, yet they have failed to rectify the situation or provide any meaningful assistance. As a result of this frustrating experience, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction and warn others about the unreliable payment practices of Total Solution Group. I urge potential collaborators to exercise caution before engaging in any business dealings with this company. In conclusion, my experience with Total Solution Group has been marred by unprofessionalism and a blatant disregard for their contractual obligations. I strongly advise others to reconsider before working with them.

Good Online Software and wide access of mystery audits

One of the worst companies for mystery audits. Employees are irresponsible, non-supporting, uncaring and unprofessional. After getting their work done by freelancers, payments are not made for 90-150 days. After multiple of follow ups, reminders, requests, they stop replying and treat you as usless. Worst or the worst professionals are working in this company and their is no escalation metrics.
