Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

No job Security, Work environment is not so good, no work balance, Software they use doesn't work properly and its has a lot error waste a effort & time. Your designation is just a name you will handling they say they many offices in India while interviewing you and same written on there website but they have only 1 office in India that's in Delhi. For experienced person who worked on large organization is not worth joining as this a small organization.

The Management is kind and understands the need of the employee. They listen to everyone and have an open door policy. After the Covid Hit, they are back in Market again with lot of jobs and business prospectus. A very positive environment to work in.

there is nothing that I dislike in the company. Salary is on time, Holidays and Leaves are there even short leaves and work from home is there. It is a fixed shift job, so no late sitting. so, i didn't find anything negative till now.

Actually its a shop and establishment entity, hardly got space to sit. no increments, no bonus etc. NO fixed timings, ready to get fired for leaving as per usual hours.
