The engineer has to be on site for longer timer as expected. The work culture is average. Seniors are really helpful for some time.

Compensation given by company is average. They focus on money over employees work.

Likes

Technology and the technical skillsets that the leads have. Very supportive and motivating team teams. Technical support given at every point. On sites team leads are very cooperative, during visits as well as remote.

Dislikes

Management keeps changing due to which. Compensation is real bad, they have thier own market research which is never shared to employees. Therfore no annual hikes given,where as during joining, had promised for biannual appraisals. Regular power cuts, office infra needs improvement. Don't implement on feedbacks Employees asked to apply for 1-2 hours of sick leave. Micromanagement in certain teams.

Likes

It's an medium sized company working certain projects from US and UK. It's a good company if you want to start your career but there is no work and life balance. You need to work work and just work. Sometimes the overtime extends upto 24 to 25 hours. usually working time is around 9 hours but everyday extends upto 12 hours for which you will not be having any kind of pay. The colleagues here very friendly. Thanks to the company because of this company I had the privilege to work with good hearted people.

For fresher its good chance to learn solar related automation project and what are the third party communication devices u will learn very easily. No dcs they r not working they work on only plc and scada.
