... the training. job security is strick but its okey for the rules of the company. My salary is big help for me for my financial and support to my family. Work environment is very clean also the comfort room and also the work balance is okey i can manage my time even if 2 weeks shifting. Working toshiba is very comfortable for me. Its a pleasure for me im working in toshiba company.

In 1 year in toshiba as a production operator. Sometime very slow the technician operate the damage in the line when you need help.

Likes

Management is terrible. Selfish people who does not even care about career growth, compensation or promotion of people under them. They only care about stepping up the ladder and fame. Arrogance at its peak. Made us work over night for weeks offering extra money, but showed empty hands when project got over. Behaviour to ladies who comes back from maternity leave is so rude.

Dislikes

No proper trainings for managers. They are not at all good in people management. People who stay loyal and work well are not fared well but people comes from outside gets VIP treatment. Lack of exposure. Lack of advanced tools

.... Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
