Only thing that it's a Japanese based organisation and therefore, had timely disbursement of bonus, benefits and salaries.

Dislikes

...ultimately judgemental environment for females. Partial behavior- for favorites. Most importantly, appraisals and bonus were based on partial decisions made by Indian director level. Example, bonus from Japan was sent to India for all employees @ 3 salaries per employee but it was cut short to 1 salary or 2 salary based on biased decisions for favorites.

Nice company. If you've good salary structure then it's best suited company to get retired from.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal criteria is bad. They rate horses and donkeys in same scale. I think you understand what I'm trying to say.
